Morton Grove Mid Century Ranch with Light Reno

I was recently hired to sell an estate. We discussed the options -- sell "as is" with no renovations, do a full rehab, or do moderate updates to enhance the asking price. We settled on the latter. Just 2 weeks later we are on the market and I'm thrilled with the results.  We went "live" on the MLS just hours ago and have multiple showing requests already.
