Green Street Gut Rehab

I was contacted by a seller who wanted to sell an open loft condo for a large sum of money. The condo hadn't been touched since the 80's and didn't have any defined bedrooms.  It had awesome bones but needed a fairly extensive overhaul to attract the hot West Loop market.  The transformation was stunning.
