A Baird & Warner agent called me for help with this lingering listing.  It had been sitting on the market vacant for quite some time, just a stones throw from Wrigley Field.  The kitchen and baths were dated, but the emptiness of the space wasn't helping someone see how easily it could be made mod.  Here is the end result.
